1.1 Ali’s Pharmacy is the trading name of Date Palm Limited, a UK company registered in the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC), with GPhC Number: 1039991 and with registered address at: 93 Watney St, Shadwell, London, E1 2QE. Our other contact details are specified in the contact us section on our Website. For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions; “Website” means website at www.alispharmacy.com “We/Our/Us” means Ali’s Pharmacy “You/Your” means any user of the Website.

1.2 When you access the Website, You agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions set out below. We reserve the right to modify or change these Terms & Conditions without notice and you should view them each time you visit Our Website. We recommend that You print a copy for your own records.

1.3 Your use of this Website signifies Your agreement to these terms and conditions. They constitute a contract between You and Us governing your use of this Website. Your use of this Website is governed by English Law and will be deemed to have taken place in England and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. If You are a consumer Your statutory rights are not affected by this agreement.

2.1 Instability of the internet – The Internet is an inherently unstable medium. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and accept no responsibility in respect of such interruptions or errors.

3.1 The Website may be unavailable for any length of time. We will attempt to restore it as soon as it is practical. We will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience suffered by users of the Website when the Website is unavailable. We cannot guarantee that this Website will operate either fully or in part on any specific computer equipment or in any specific software or that it is free from viruses or anything else which may have a harmful effect on any technology.

Online Shopping

DELIVERY CHARGE

Free Deliveries on all orders above £50 in the UK only.
A base charge of £3 (inclusive of VAT) will be applied to orders below the qualifying Free Delivery amount and containing a single item. If the order contain more than one item and falls below the qualifying Free Delivery amount, a base charge of £3 for the first item plus £1 per extra item will be chargeable (inclusive of VAT).

EXPEDITED DELIVERY

Some items on our site are eligible for expedited delivery. If you select expedited delivery at checkout and an order is placed before 12pm, Monday to Friday, we’ll aim to ship it out that day by Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed delivery next working day service. We’d typically expect an order to be with you within 2 working days. Orders placed after 12pm are not guaranteed to leave us the same day and may take up to 3 working days to arrive, although we’d typically aim for it to arrive more quickly.

WHICH COURIER DO YOU USE?

We use Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed delivery next working day for all UK Deliveries. We reserve the right to request a signature upon delivery.
When shipping orders outside of the UK we will use DHL, who then pass deliveries on to the local national carrier in each respective country. In some cases, we will use DPD to make deliveries within Europe and FedEx to make deliveries within the USA.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

We will do our best to have items at your door between 1 and 7 working days from the date of your order. Generally, if we expect delivery to take longer than 7 days we will either call or email you with a delivery estimate.

DO YOU DELIVER OUTSIDE OF THE UK?

Yes, we do. We use DHL to ship orders internationally. All our International Services are fully tracked.

CUSTOM DUTIES, IMPORT TAXES AND OTHER FEES

When a package is dispatched internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the dispatched goods arrive at the country of destination.

You are responsible for ensuring to comply with laws and regulations of the country of destination and paying the additional costs such as duties, taxes and customs clearance fees. Import charges can vary widely but are most commonly based on the price and type of item, package weight and dimensions, origin country, and the taxes, duties and fees of the destination country. Ali’s Pharmacy, trading as Date Palm Limited, does not have any responsibility on these additional charges that may apply.

Certain countries may require certain documentation before the items are sent. If the necessary information is not provided, this may result in delays in the order.

HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY OUTSIDE OF THE UK COST?

Anywhere in Europe is charged at £17, regardless of order value, weight or size.
Shipping outside of Europe is based on weight. If the order weighs 2kg or less then it will cost £17. Any orders between 2kg and 4kg will be charged an additional £15. Orders weighing more than 4kg will be charged an additional £25.

I WANT TO RETURN MY ITEM, WHAT DO I DO?

Get in touch with us! If you decide you don’t want something after you order it then we are more than happy to accept a return within 28 days. As long as it is unused and in the same condition as when you received it then we will give you a refund as soon as it comes back to us!

Please do note, for hygienic reasons we can’t accept returns of makeup items. Sorry!
