Folic acid is a member of the B group vitamins and is used in the body for the production of nucleic acids and DNA. It helps in the utilisation of sugar, amino acids and the division of body cells. DIRECTIONS: Adults and children over 12 years of age, one tablet daily. Do not exceed unless advised by a suitably qualified person. CAUTION: None currently known. INGREDIENTS: Bulking Agent (di-calcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose), Stabiliser (crosslinked sodium carboxy methyl cellulose), Anti-caking Agent (veg. magnesium stearate), Folic Acid.
